The rock crystal bottle of vase form with faceted rims, with enamelled neck-mount painted with birds, a rabbit and moss agate, the stopper with finial enameled with a young boy and girl, the stopper Paris, 1759, mark ?G, probably for François Grouville, the bottle suspended from a shaped clip with links enamelled with figures and interior scenes, flowers and moss agate, the bonbonnière and thimble case with conforming decoration, the thimble case enclosing gold thimble, marked on clip and stopper, also with charge and discharge of Eloy Brichard, the thimble apparently unmarked
