Of rectangular shape, the circular white dial with black Arabic numerals within a acanthus -leaf border, above suspended laurel-leaf swags, the upper border enriched with a laurel leaf decoration, the rectangular base with a cartouche on each side surmounted by a ribbon-tied reeded rim above, on four reeded bun compressed feet, the reverse cartouche inscribed 'Als Zeichen aufrichtigster Wertschätzung und zur freundlichen Erinnerung von Baron F. von Krauskopf Nov. 1907', marked
