The removable writing-section with molded rectangular ratcheted green leather-lined top, the panelled frieze with ribbon-twist frame and enclosing a spring-loaded mahogany-lined drawer to one end, the stand with a rectangular crossbanded top inset with a panel of Chinese lacquer with Chinoiserie figures fishing in a landscape with willows beyond, the turned tapering steel legs with basket-weave capitols, joined by a blackened-steel concave-sided stretcher, on toupie feet, with typed collection label Collection André Meyer New York 1970 and P 17
