A PAIR OF CHINESE PORCELAIN FAMILLE VERTE BALUSTER-FORM LIDDED VASES
19th Century
Each with domed lid with knop finial with cinnabar red lotus leaf decoration above a baluster body, with overall ground decoration of green glazed ground with black stipling overlaid by butterflies and flowers, the lid and shoulder each set with two cartouche-shaped vignettes with birds on flowering prunus branches, with similar vignettes to the shoulder and waist, two circular and two cartouche shaped, the lid and neck each with Daoist symbols, the foot with stylized leaf-tip decoration
