The later bevelled rounded rectangular plate within a conforming leaf tip and flowerhead-molded surround, the shaped frame carved overall with scrolling acanthus and flowerheads upon a punched ground, the opposing eagle head cresting centered by a scalloped shell issuing Prince of Wales plumes, the shaped apron similarly decorated and with a central scallop shell, the apron mounted with two later brass S-scroll candlearms with circular drip-pans and cylindrical nozzles, with a circular paper label inscribed in blue ink No. 11, regilt
