For a very similar bottle see Hugh M. Moss, Chinese Snuff Bottles from the Collection of the Rt. Hon. The Marquess of Exeter, I.C.M.G., London, 1974, p. 56, pl. G.1, and also illustrated by Robert W.L. Kleiner, Chinese Snuff Bottles from The Burghley House Collection, Stamford, England, 1989, Catalogue, Front Cover and pl. 8, where the author notes, "This particular bottle with the clarity and brightness of its colours and the circular flowing movement of the patterns, is widely regarded as being one of the most stunning examples of the group"
