The bowls with plain, slightly flared sides rising from a shallow foot ring, ornately and delicately pierced on the curved, everted rim and low domed cover with concentric bands of stylized lotus blossoms borne on dense foliate scroll interrupted by a pair of openwork chrysanthemum and leafy scroll handles, the globular, openwork finial separately carved with similar decoration, the translucent stone of mottled leaf-green and grayish-white tone with dark green speckling
