AN ITALIAN NEO-CLASSIC BRASS-MOUNTED WALNUT SLANT-FRONT BUREAU

With rectangular top above a slant-front enclosing a shaped open compartment framed by two drawers incised with scrolling foliage above a pair of panelled cabinet doors enclosing a shelf, the sides similarly panelled, the frieze carved with Greek key on short fluted tapering legs, one drawer inscribed indistinctly in ink -39¾in. (101cm.) high, 52½in. (133.5cm.) wide, 22¼in. (56.5cm.) deep
