When this cover appeared in the Dale-Lichtenstein the addressees's name had been cut out and replaced. Since then, the cover has been restored by replacing the section which was originally cut out and completing the addressee on the repaired surface, resulting in a very beautiful folded cover. This is one of the five recorded covers with this franking addressed to the U.S.
