FAMILY ALBUM FEATURING KNUTE ROCKNE
An photographic album containing twenty-two original photographs of Knute Rockne beginning with a Nineteenth Century cabinet of him as a young boy to him as a player, coach, father and soldier. Also in the album is a 1924 homecoming program against Georgia Tech with Rockne on the cover, several memorial cards, his personal program for a Culver Military Acadamy dedication, several personal letters to Rockne, a photostat of the telegram from Rockne to his wife the night before he died and photos taken at his funeral. The album evidently belonged to his daughter Elaine Kochendorfer.
