A late Victorian cauldron-shaped three-piece tea service on shell and hoof feet and with shaped rims, each chased with flowers, foliage and shells and engraved with a monogram, the teapot with a rising curved spout, double scroll handle and domed hinged cover with ebonised wood finial, the milk jug and sugar basin gilt-lined, in a fitted plush-lined oak case with vacant brass cartouche, Elkington & Co., London 1896 - height of teapot 6in.; and a pair of George IV Kings pattern sugar tongs engraved with a crest, London 1824 - 45oz. gross.
