The first dress was worn by Avril Angers in cabaret with Edmondo Ross in the Orchid Room, Berkley Hotel, and was designed by Colin Beck. The second was worn to the film premiere of 'Dad's Army'. Sold with the lot are two signed photographs of Avril Angers wearing these dresses. The 1920's flapper dress was worn in 'The Mating Game' at the Apollo Theatre. Also sold with the lot are two programmes for 'When we are Married' by J B Priestly at the Towngate Theatre, Poole signed by the cast.
