ZA GEORGE II SILVER SALVER, maker's mark of William Jay, London, 1753, shaped circular, on three talon and ball feet, the center with vacant asymmetrical vacant cartouche within elaborate bouquet surmounted rocaille, foliate scroll and floral surround, the far ground flat chased with floral swags issuing from foliate scrolls and further flowers, with partly fluted molded border, with applied foliate scroll and rocaille broad rim--15in.
