The first with a Meissen cane handle, the porcelain circa 1735, in ormolu mounts with an uncut amethyst matrix and a smaller uncut bloodstone matrix, apparently unmarked--4 5/8 in. (11.8 cm.) long; the second with faceted agate handle terminating in a bulb, the rectangular gold fluted mount with bands of foliate scrolls enclosing a rock crystal matrix cut with crest and monogram, apparently unmarked--2¾in. (7cm.) long; the third with tapering faceted white hardstone handle terminating in a bulb, with gold mounts, one reeded oval with white hardstone matrix cut with a crest, the other cartouche shaped with carnelian matrix cut with a coat-of-arms, apparently unmarked--2 5/8in.
