A William IV brass-bound oblong rosewood dressing case lined in red plush and with a fitted jewellery drawer, containing ten silver-topped cut-glass toilet jars and boxes, each engraved with a name, five of them with Lawrence's Patent catches, three of the others with foliate-pierced and engraved lids, the dressing case also with several further fittings including a seal-end nib holder and a paper knife, the silver lids by A.D., London 1834 and 1836 - length of dressing case 13in.
