A late Victorian ebonised, tulipwood, mahogany and marquetry kneehole desk, the leather-lined rectangular moulded top above seven drawers about the kneehole each decorated with stylised foliage and swags on square tapered legs with brass caps and castors, stamped Gillow and Co., Lancaster -- 46in.
