Depicting a bust-length fully figured George Washington in uniform with white-painted face and hair with articulated hair, eyes, checks and mouth, above a ruffled white painted ascot, brown vest, yellow-painted coat lapels with brown buttons, blue-painted coat and gold epaulets, on a brown-painted rectangular base--15½in. high, 10¾in. wide, 7in. deep
