The full bodied white-painted rooster with articulated blue-painted eyes, yellow-painted bill, and red-painted comb and wattle, the back flattened as a seat surmounted by a metal horseshoe-shaped steering device with red rubber handles, the red-painted tail feathers above two white-painted legs with yellow spurred feet, on three wire and rubber wheels, with two black rubber pedals--25in. high, 32½in. wide, 9in. deep
