An early Edwardian oval amethyst, demantoid garnet, diamond and pearl openwork cluster brooch/pendant with detachable brooch fitting, in a fitted case.
The colour combination of purple, green and white was adopted by the Suffragette movement and this brooch was probably worn by a supporter of the cause.
