This is thought to be the only copy of the original agreement between Klein and Apple Corps Ltd in existence. The final agreement was signed by John Lennon, George Harrison and Ringo Starr, Paul McCartney however refused to sign and was bitterly opposed to Klein's involvement in Apple.
