Designed as a baguette-cut diamond rectangular panel, opening to reveal a rectangular watch, within a pavé-set diamond and platinum frame, attached to a baguette and circular-cut diamond oblong panel band, joined by square-cut diamonds, in a leather fitted case, circa 1930--6 5/8 ins. long
