A late 19th century French table oil lamp of large size, the opaline reservoir supported on a turquoise overlaid bulbous glass column with foliate capital, the bronze and ormolu trefoil base modelled with figures of maidens within landscapes, with an etched and frosted glass shade -- 39½in. (100cms.) high.
