A flounce of multi-coloured Venetian bobbin lace, worked with griffins holding a book, flanking the arms of various Italian noble families, with a manuscript tag inscribed Venetian lace made by Tesurnus of Venice for an Exhibition held in Vienna in the nieneties of last century where it took 1st Prize. The arms of Venice are woven into the lace--78in x 7in
