A pair of Paris celadon-ground pâte sur pâte gilt-metal mounted oviform lamp-bases, decorated with classical maidens in loosely draped robes, holding incense burners, the reverse with rushes on a grotesque bracket, late 19th Century -- 14in. high. (one chipped gilding).
