A George II fluted moulded oval cream jug on scroll and pad feet and with a shaped rim and leaf-capped double scroll handle, chased with a frieze of arabesques, the underside scratch-engraved with initials and also later-engraved with a presentation inscription, maker's mark indistinct, London 1736 - 3½in.
