In about 1572 Camocio published a collection of 86 maps and prints taken from non-uniform 'pocket' size copper plates, including one map of England and Wales and also one of Ireland. According to Shirley there does not appear to be any copy of Camocio's work in the British Museum but both the National Maritine Museum and the R.G.S. possess examples. This map is from the second edition in which the maps are numbered.
