A Derby figure of Minerva, in a purple plumed hat, gilt scale breast-plate and yellow-ground floral robe, holding a shield with a cowering lion at her feet amongst trophies of war on a scroll-moulded base enriched in turquoise and golding, circa 1770 - 11¼in. high. (restoration to neck, chips to extremities).
