A Staffordshire pearlware oviform coaching-jug, printed and painted with a coach and four, the front inscribed "The Hero Coach From the Fountain Inn High Street, Portsmouth, to the Spread Eagle Gracechurch Street, and Golden Cross, Charing Cross, London - By Mr Norris, Mr Horne, Thos. Boyce and P. Russel and T. S. and Co.", the rim enriched in pink lustre, 19th Century - 7½in. high (slight wear and staining).
