A fan, the leaf painted with a classical banquet scene, possibly with Mark Anthony and Cleopatra, the verso painted putti cutting vines, the ivory sticks carved and pierced with figures, piqué with silver and clouté with mother of pearl, the handle forms a cockle shell when closed - 12in., circa 1730
