An unusual electrified display model of a ships engine room built by C D Poulton, Port Talbot, measurements overall 22 X 35¾in conplete with vertical boiler with various fittings and pipes and main stop and lagged steam line to twin cylinder vertical engine built from stuart castings with lagged cylinders, disc flywheel and shaft coupling to single shaft and three bladed propellor; Auxillary equipment includes a gear driven dynamo, feed pumps, shuttle valve boiler feed pump, hand feed pump, stokers tools and coal, lamps and other details mounted on a planked floor, the engine rotated from a concealed 220 - volt motor, finished in red, green black and natural wood, glazed case.
