A Nishapur pottery conical bowl painted in colours on a turquoise ground with a stylised bird (restored) -- 7.in.diam; a yellow and brown glazed bowl painted with a stylised ibex -- 7½.in.; a brown and cream glazed bowl painted with stylised ducks within a line of calligraphy -- 9¼in. diam; and two other bowls -- 6¾in.- 8¼in., all circa 10th Century.
