An English porcelain desk set, of scroll-moulded rectangular form, painted with borders of roses enriched with foliage in gilding, with three pen-holders and three compartments for an inkwell, pounce pot and box, with a pentray at the front, perhaps Minton, circa 1825 -- 9½in. wide.
