A Derby dessert-plate, painted in colours with a trout amongst ferns and rushes in the manner of T. Tatlow, within a border of scrolling foliage and palmettes in gilding, the reverse inscribed in iron-red "A Trout", iron-red mark, circa 1810 - 8¾in. diam.
