A fully planked and rigged model of a New Bedford Whaleboat of c. 1855 with mast, rigging and stitched linen sail, the hull, carvel built with bottom boards, thwarts oars and rowlocks for six oars, three harpoons, anchor, rope coils in tubs, six oars, tiller, rudder and steering oar, finished in white, black and varnish.
