An electric powered model of the paddle tug 'Jason' built by W K Walsome -- 19 x 41½ (48.2 x 105.5cm).
With mast and rigging and deck details including anchor and winch, companionways, stove pipe, deck rails, ship's wheel, telegraph, stayed funnel with safety valve extension pipe and hooter, ventilators, tow hook, horses and hawser and ship's boat. The hull, carved from the solid, fitted with two electric motors to feathering paddles running in pierced paddle boxes, is finished in red, black, brown and white.
