A late 19th century French ormolu and champlevé enamel garniture, the mantel clock with inset jasper panels, the circular dial with Arabic numerals, the twin train movement with gong strike, the rectangular case with pillars, surmounted by an urn -- 15½in. high; and the pair of side ornaments with figures of seated sphyinx beneath domed cupolas, with pendulum and three giltwood bases.
