A Germanic striking table clock with alarm, the gilt movement signed KRIEDEL LONDON on the top plate, with foliate pierced and chased footed lock, with similar wirk to the silver regulation disc, chain fusee for the gong, resting barrel for the bell in hinged base, pull wind alarm from the central disc in the silver champlàe arcaded dial, with blued steel hour hand (later minute hand) and similarly signed on the outer concentric alarm ring, the hexagonal foliate engraved case with glazed sides, on winged ball and claw feet, circa 1700 -- 4¼in. dial diam.
