A set of four George III slender baluster candlesticks on reeded rising circular bases and with inverted bell-shaped sockets, the bases, stems and sockets stamped with spiralling fern leaves - 12in., two of them with detachable three-light candelabrum fittings with faceted scrolling branches, the centre sockets with domed mounts with ball finials - height of candelabra 18in., with a pair of almost matching dwarf candlesticks on plain circular bases, the sockets with conforming fern leaf decoration - 5¼in., John Parsons & Co., Sheffield 1793.
