A Satsuma part coffee set comprising a coffee pot and cover, sugar bowl and cover, milk jug and cover and four cups and saucers, all painted and heavily gilt with panels of figures kneeling on terraces before silk hangings, in landscapes of trees, flowers and rockwork -- the coffee pot 6½in. high, signed and with impressed mark of Kinkozan.
