With brass and copper clad vertical watertube boiler with fittings including water and pressure gauges, safety, blower, main stop and clack valves. Engine details include scotch cranks with direct coupled pumps, cylinder head lubricators, spoked flywheels, eccentric driven feed pump and by-pass and inlet and outlet pipes with compression domes and change over cock. Chassis details include wooden box, foot boards, drivers seat with brake levers, brakes to rear wheels, turning lock, working leaf springs, draw bar with swingle trees, coal box and water tanks, branches, lamps, suction hose and other details. finished in red, black and polished brightwork, the box sides lettered 'Hayes Fire Brigade'.
