A 1½in. scale model of an Aveling and Barford Type 'DX' Road Roller, built to the designs of E.T. Westbury, circa 1938 -- 13½ x 23in.(34.3 x 58.5cm)
With water cooled single cylinder I.C. engine with enclosed crankcase, twin flywheels, cam and roller operated valves, carburettor, make and break, coil, silencer and exhaust pipe. Chassis details include worm and skew gear operated steering, scrapers, band brake to rear axle, fuel tank, hand and chain starting mechanism and three quarter length wooden canopy (loose).
