A Komai rectangular box and hinged cover on a silver footed base, decorated in gilt nunome-zogan with roundels of mon containing kiku-heads and three leaves, with further scattered leaves, all on a leafy ground, the sides similarly decorated, the interior gilt and engraved with birds among foliage -- 4¼.in.wide, stamped mark.
