A 16mm. Sfomax camera no. C.199 with black leather-covered and alloy body, top-plate with combined shutter and film advance, shutter dial speeded 30, 60, 100, 150, 400, P and I lever, baseplate with focusing and yellow filter lever, a Sfomar 30mm. f/3.5 lens and two contained film cassettes.
