Gemflex twin lens reflex camera with metal and black leather-covered body, side-panel with aperture adjustment and winding knob, opposite panel with viewing hood release button, backplate with metal plaque S.O.W. Gem Flex. Made in Occupied Japan, a Gem viewing lens, a Gem f/3.5 25mm. taking lens in a Swallow shutter speeded B, 25, 50, 100, a Gemflex Y2 yellow filter, and a film spool, leather ever ready case, in maker's box.
