A 1¾ inch diameter Concealed Vest camera no. 497 with polished metal body, top-mounted back opening catch, front panel with six position exposure counter and lens, back plate engraved Pat'd July 27.1886 and 25497 and internally contained five inch diameter exposed plate, in maker's fitted mahogany box with plush lining, opening door, nickel handle and base mounted tripod bush.
