A rare, complete, stage outfit comprising a highly ornate floor-length coat of black crepe with pink and brown net overlay decorated with a pattern of large pink flowerheads and stems appliquéd with pink and peach ruffles of gauze ribbon, with a lace-edged handkerchief stitched to the top pocket, the coat fastening with white buttons; and a pair of matching high-waisted stretch trousers with ruched legs trimmed with white buttons; and a matching pair of high-heeled ankle boots similarly overlaid with patterned pink and brown net overlay, with manufacuterer's details Creations Of Franco Puccetti - Hand Made stamped in gilt inside; and a white slipper-satin ruffled shirt fastening with pearlized buttons and trimmed at the cuffs with imitation jewelled cuff-links, with printed label PRINCE in purple letters, stitched inside - worn by Prince during the 1984 Purple Rain concert tour.
