An 18th Century plain tapering mug on spreading circular foot and with moulded rim and leaf-capped scroll handle, the front engraved with an armorial, crest and motto within scrolling foliate surrounds, marks indistinct, apparently struck with maker's initials, a crown and a figure, possibly Colonial - 4¼in, 7.25oz.
