This book is inscribed with a dedication to President Juan Domingo Perón on the front preliminary leaf. An inscription on the colophon leaf at end reads: "Este Album de Aquarelas representando cuarenta motivos criollos y de Estancias Argentinas esta realizado como homenaje a esta gran Nación que me acogió en el año 1900 como un hijo de esta tierra. Buenos Aires, 25 de Mayo de 1946. Ettore Pisani." A brief biographical entry on the artist is recorded on a rear flyleaf.
