A fan, with narrow silk leaf and ivory sticks finely carved and pierced with three vignettes of mourning, the central one with a large urn surmounted by a coronet and inscribed N., the righthand vignette is of two figures holding a shield inscribed N. - 6.5in., circa 1805 (defective); and an ivory brise fan, the tips of the sticks carved to form a coronet when closed - 8in., circa 1865 (2)
