A pair of oval three-colour enamelled chain link cuff links, the colours representing the I Zingari Cricket Club, in a case.
The I Zingari (Italian for the Gypsy's) Cricket Club, was conceived by three enthusiastic cricketers of the day after a bibulous dinner at a hotel in Bond Street, on the 4th July 1845. The proposal was to form a club that should have no grounds of its own, but whose members should seek to promote the popularity of cricket far and wide. (2)
